The double inflatable floor grants a good thermal insulation. Made of polyurethane fabrics, it’s not like other brands which are made of PVC fabric. The newly designed balast bags ensure a higher stability. Ladder makes the boarding easier. These rafts are equipped wtih an automatic external light and reflective tapes on the canopy. Inside the raftthe lighting is granted by a bulb that can be manually switched off. ISO 9650 rafts are equipped with a system fort he collection of rain water. Inflation system has CE approved cylinder and VTE 99 multidirectional firing mechanism.They can be thrown over board from the max height of 6 meter from the level of the water. ISO 9650-1 norm foresees two different models of liferafts; Group A and Group B. Group A: (-15°C/+65°C) are equipped with a double floor for thermal insulation. Group B: (0°C/+65°C) are equipped with a single floor. The raft ISO 9650-1, produced by Eurovinil, belongs to Group A. As far as the safety equipment there are two options, depending on the time that it is expected to remain on board before being rescued; less or over 24 hours; <24h, ˃24h. The main difference between the two types, >24h includes also food and water rations.
